If you go to the linked article and look at the logo when it's turned vertically (scroll down the page to see it), a highly suggestive image results.
As someone in the comments thread at that site noted: "Another government cock-up!"
Regarding Shakespeare, his birthday is traditionally celebrated on April 23. His actual date of birth is unknown, but he was baptized on April 26, and baptism usually took place 3 days after birth.
Of course what we're talking about is the birthday of "the Stratford man," not Edward De Vere, whom some of us consider to be the real author. (De Vere was born in April 12.)
I had a hard time figuring it out at first, but I stuck with it. Seeing the vertical version straightened me out - whoever did that gave me a real hand.
Not sure what's happening here. Could Hope explain it for us?

I a little confused too.
BTW today is Shakespeare's 444th birthday.
Scott Horton at No Comment blog clued me in.

Why is anyone confused?

Ross I know what your thinking, it looks like it can go either way, do women see it differently through their eyes to men?
I agree vertical position appears clearer.
