Nooooooooooo!!!
I just don't like Janeane Garafolo.
Okay, she was funny in The Cable Guy, for the two seconds she was on screen. ("There were no utensils in medieval times, hence there are no utensils at Medieval Times.")
But I don't want to see her on 24.
On the other hand, if Jack Bauer gets to shoot her, all is forgiven.
lol. i just lost all the respect for you. jk.
i do find it odd that she's going to be in 24. it's hard to take her seriously in a dramatic role. but then her comedic roles in movies were awful. i like her stand-up much better.
i rather her not get killed (like kal penn, the guy from white castle)....rather, being fed up with the CTU and quit in the end or something..

I was kind of hoping she'd shoot Jack Bauer.

>I was kind of hoping she'd shoot Jack Bauer.
If she did, Jack would catch the bullet in his teeth, then spit it back. The power of his expectoration would be so great that the relaunched bullet would drill a hole right through Janeane's forehead.
Heck, I would pay to see that.

Self-aware robot turns mirror on humankind

Nico gazes into the mirror in front of him. Looking back is his reflected self, wearing a grey Yale University sweatshirt and a baseball cap cocked at a jaunty angle. When Nico raises an arm, he recognises the arm moving in the mirror as his own.
It may not sound like much of a feat, but Nico is a humanoid robot. He has just become the first of his kind to recognise his own reflection in a mirror.
The ability to recognise your reflection is considered an important milestone in infant development, and as a mark of self-awareness, sociability and intelligence in a non-human animal. Nico's ability to perform the same feat could pave the way for more sophisticated robots that can recognise their own bodies even if they are damaged or reconfigured.
The achievement is one of a cluster of recent instances in which robots have begun to approach ...

So what you're saying, Leo, is that Janeane Garofalo is a robot?
I'm not sure she's self-aware ...

maybe she will figure out a way to get all that oil out of iraq.
what good is imperialism without getting their oil?
maybe they at fox can have jack shoot gravel and her at the same time with one shot.
two liberals with one shot. that would make cheney's and rove's day.

I'm sure there's a joke in there about 24 and advocating torture, but far be it from me to make it...
